X-GEN Specialty Division, has entered into a distribution agreement with Eurand Pharmaceuticals, Inc. for PANCRELIPASE™ (pancrelipase) delayed-release capsules, an authorized generic to the company's FDA approved pancreatic enzyme product Zenpep™ (pancrelipase) delayed-release capsules, a product developed to meet the 2004 PEP guidelines and regulations, approved by FDA in August of this year.
